Construction of battery systems in the HSE group The subject of the public contract is the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of battery storage units in the HSE group. The order covers the preparation and submission of all necessary project documentation (PZI, PID, DZO) and includes all activities necessary to successfully obtain a use permit. The battery storage units will be installed outdoors in various locations next to the existing power facilities of the HSE Group. The listed projects represent framework projects and the client does not undertake to submit all projects. Actual project orders will depend on the client's actual needs. More detailed specification of the order (minimum technical requirements) can be seen from the technical data sheet - technical part of the documentation v regarding the award of a public contract (hereinafter: technical part/closed part), which interested bidders obtain according to the rules of documentation related to the award of a public contract. The lifting of the closed part of the documentation related to the award of the public contract is a condition for submission of offers. The customer wants: -obtain offers on the basis of which he will conclude a framework agreement for a period of forty (40) months or until the utilization of the maximum estimated contract value according to the framework agreement with the reservation of the right, i.e. with an option extension of the validity period of the framework agreement, if the maximum estimated value will not be used/reached within forty (40) months, with a maximum of three (3) bidders, whose bids will be up to...
