Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Bato Intake Structure in Brgy. Bato Panukulan, Quezon under Rice Program FY 2026
1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the Rice Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 23/100 (Ᵽ 9, 900, 376.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bato Intake Structure in Brgy. Bato Panukulan, Quezon under Rice Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA now invites bids for Construction of Bato Intake Structure in Brgy. Bato Panukulan, Quezon under Rice Program FY 2026. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
