Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan, through the Capital Outlay-20% LDF of the Municipal Engineering Office in the approved 2025 General Fund Current Appropriation by the 15th Sangguniang Bayan of Inopacan, Leyte intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos and 38/100 (Php 248, 472.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Barangay Tahud Sea Wall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Inopacan now invites bids for Construction of Barangay Tahud Sea Wall. Completion of the Works is required for 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
