CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY MULTIPURPOSE HALL, TANEG (PHASE I)
The LGU Mankayan, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY MULTIPURPOSE HALL, TANEG (PHASE I) 2026-INFR-0139. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LGU MANKAYAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The works must be completed within 71 calendar days. The bidder should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidders is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
