The Barangay Camcueves Local Government Unit of Gen. MacArthur, through the FY 2026 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 450, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall-Phase 2 at Brgy. Camcueves, Gen. MacArthur, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
