1.The Local Government Unit of San Mateo, Isabela (LGU-SMI), through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and 9/100 (Php757, 984.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Barangay Multi-Purpose Building at Marasat Pequeño, San Mateo, Isabela. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The LGU-SMI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within sixty days (60) days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
