1. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, thru the 20% DF (Capital Outlay 2026) intend to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php. 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Barangay Malinao Concrete Road of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, now invites bids for the Construction of Barangay Malinao Concrete Road of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery and Construction of the Concrete Road is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
