Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Pasil (MLGU-Pasil), through the 20% MEDF FUND 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND FORTY-TWO PESOS & 60 CENTS (PHP 1, 349, 042.60) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract " CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY INTERCONNECTIVITY ACCESS ROAD (LAYAO, MALUCSAD - PUYA-AW - ASTAN - BAGTAYAN ACCESS ROAD: PHASE I) ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of works is required in Sixty (60) Calendar Day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
