1) The Municipality of Baggao, through the 1-07-04-030 (20% DF-2026) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Pesos and 62/100 (PhP 1, 981, 812.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Barangay Health Center at Asassi, Baggao, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Baggao now invites bids for the Construction of Barangay Health Center at Asassi, Baggao, Cagayan. Completion of the Works is required 124 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
