CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY HALL AT ZAMBOWOOD
Name of Project
1. The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2024 CONST.) intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos Only (P15, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Barangay Hall at Zambowood. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through negotiated procurement, per Resolution No. AMP- 25-0171 October 23, 2025 pursuant to Section 351 “Two Failed Biddings” in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
