1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2026 GENERAL FUND - PROPER intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY HALL PHASE 1, BARANGAY RAWIS, GANDARA, SAMAR - Project ID No.: APR24-2026-115. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY HALL PHASE 1, BARANGAY RAWIS, GANDARA, SAMAR. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred (100) Calendar Days.
