1. The BLGU-Barangay Can-aga, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Through the 20% EDF of 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 300, 00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY ARCH, at Barangay Can-aga, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU of Barangay Can-aga, Borongan City, Eastern Samar now invites bids for, Item I -Construction of Barangay Arch (lot) Completion of the Works is required within 30 calendar days.
