1. The Provincial Government of Kalinga through the AIP Code 9000-940-1-01-018-001-75 intends to apply the sum of
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO PESOS AND SIXTY-TWO CENTAVOS
₱491, 872.62 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
CONSTRUCTION OF BANGTITAN FLOOD CONTROL Bids Received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invited bids for CONSTRUCTION OF BANGTITAN FLOOD CONTROL
Completion of the Works is required 30CD Bidders should have completed, within 30CD from the date of submission
