Description : Invitation to Bid for Construction of Balinit Multi-Purpose Shed
1) The Municipality of Kabayan, through the 20% MDF FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Balinit Multi-Purpose Shed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Kabayan now invites bids for multi-purpose shed. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
