the Construction Arteche Emergency Operation Center: Phase-I
1. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Investment Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Million (Php 3, 000, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Arteche Emergency Operation Center: Phase I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Arteche, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the above named project. Completion of the Works is required within One hundred twenty (120) calendars days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
