1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 20% PDF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 25, 940, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT MABUHAY, BAYUGAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-52 PF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for for CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE AT MABUHAY, BAYUGAN CITY, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-52 PF. Completion of the Works is required 180 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
