1) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO), through the proposed Corporate Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of FORTY MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS (Php40, 424, 508.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of APECO Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) now invites bids for Construction of APECO Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
