Construction of apartment building Světovar A1 - A4 The subject of this public contract is the realization of a new apartment building, including all related building objects, technologies, connection to utility networks, outdoor improvements, communication and landscaping. There will be construction implemented in the Světovar area, which is bordered by the streets Koterovská ul. and Slovanská alej - on the plots of parc. No. 3942/1, 3953/1, 3953/27, 3953/28, 14376/1, 14384/1, 14389 in the cadastral territory of Pilsen. The new apartment building will be used primarily for housing. In 1NP se will find a non-residential space that has not yet been designated, but it is tentatively planned to use it for a grocery store.
