Task No. 1 - Construction of antenna installations for the TETRA radiocommunication system at the operator's facility CELLNEX JAW0021B Jaworzno. The subject of the order is the construction of antenna installations for the base station of the TETRA radiocommunication system at the facility. operator CELLNEX JAW0021B Jaworzno. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ, i.e. technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, and 3.1.1 to the SWZ, i.e. technical design, bill of quantities, where the bill of quantities is auxiliary for calculation offer prices. The minimum requirements of the Ordering Party are described in the annexes. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to: the subject of the order will be provided with a minimum warranty, i.e. 24 months from the date of receipt. The Ordering Party requires that during the warranty period all costs related to warranty service are borne by the Contractor.
