Invitation to Bid for

Construction of Animal Cage Pen with Laboratory, Cabarroguis, Quirino

1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1-Appropriation Order no. 1 Series of 2023-Res. No. 82 Series of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Sixteen Pesos and 07/100 (Ᵽ499, 016.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Animal Cage Pen with Laboratory, Cabarroguis, Quirino and Project Identification Number LGUCQ-IP-2024-0004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty Four (34) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
