"Construction and repair works in the USBOBAL building - Varna" The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor to carry out construction and repair works (CRR) in premises No. 107, 107a, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 401, 402 and the central entrance of USBOBAL-Varna for the needs of the Department of "Eye Diseases and Visual Sciences" on a total area of ​​210 m2. The contractor should carry out the SRR, according to the requirements of the Employer, specified in the Technical Specification and General Requirements to the Technical Specification (Appendix #1÷#1.1). The types of CPPs are as follows: Dismantling works - dismantling of compromised wall plaster - earthenware and wall coverings on walls, dismantling of heating radiators, removal of inventory equipment, dismantling of existing flooring - mosaic and terracotta, electric lighting fixtures, switches and sockets, sanitary sinks, incl. cast sink, incl. wall batteries with isolation of water supply outlets, monobloc in bathrooms, disassembly of doors, incl. cash register and partition walls - PVC and brick, dismantling of PVC joinery in rooms 401 and 402.
