Brief description of the procurement: The object of the public procurement is the repair of premises in the Saue Kindergarten "Midrimaa" building, located in Koondis tn 23, Saue town, Saue municipality, in accordance with the conditions stated in the basic documents of the public procurement. The time to start construction works is the first if possible, after the conclusion of the contract. The deadline for completion of construction works and handover to the customer is 10.08.2026. The duration of the contract given in the tender notice (start and end time) is the expected period, which includes, in addition to the date of completion of the construction works, the deadline for the incomplete works and the deadline for payment of the final invoice, but the contract is actually valid until all the main contractual obligations are fulfilled by the parties.
