The subject of the order includes: 1) demolition and dismantling construction of the existing terrace, roofing made of asbestos-cement boards, balustrades and exhausts, and disposal of rubble, scrap metal and roofing felt; 2) implementation of moisture-proof insulation and thermal modernization of foundation and basement walls, including plastering and painting silicone;3) reconstruction of the technical entrance, ramp and stairs, including the construction of aisles, block walls, installation of insulated steel doors, steps made of paving stones and an absorbent well;4) reconstruction and construction of a new road surface around the building (sand foundation, concrete ledges with resistance, curbs, edges and paving stone surface;5) roof covering with single-layer thermally weldable felt and roofing flashings;6) comprehensive dismantling of the existing and installation of a new lightning protection installation building.3.
