1) The City Government of Malabon, through the Capital Outlay - Other Structures as appropriated under the 2025 Supplemental Budget (SB) pursuant to SB-14-2024/ SB-17-2024 intends to apply the sum of TEN MILLION PESOS (PhP10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION AND REFURBISHMENT OF THE CITY OF MALABON UNIVERSITY ROOFING (MULTI PURPOSE HALL). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION AND REFURBISHMENT OF THE CITY OF MALABON UNIVERSITY ROOFING (MULTI PURPOSE HALL) with competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion.
