Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the establishment of DNS. The goal of DNS is to enable the public contracting authority to flexibly enter contracts in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to its real needs, i.e. at a time and to an extent known to him. DNS will be used to enter contracts related to construction works bcurrently available on the market, within which the implementation and reconstruction of continuous surfaces of local roads in the city of Trenčin will be carried out, while the surfaces of roads and sidewalks will be reconstructed. DNS is established for the duration of max. 10 years for the needs of the public contracting authority and fromonly the public contracting authority will enter orders in it.

DNS is not divided into categories.

The public procurement authority wants to enable the participation of smaller suppliers by operative awarding of orders and therefore recommends even smaller suppliers who meet the conditions for participation in terms of these documents to send a request forinclusion in the DNS so that they have the opportunity to apply for announced contracts. Only those suppliers who will be included in the DNS can then be sent an invitation to submit an offer and therefore have the right to submit an offer, and therefore the public procurement authority recommends suppliers to deliver a request for inclusion inDNS until the deadline for submission of applications specified in these tender documents expires. At the moment after the announcement of an individual specific contract, non-classified suppliers can no longer apply for the announced contract, but after they have been included, the public contracting authority will be able to send them an invitation to submit an offer...
