The subject of the order is the design, construction, assembly and dismantling of exhibition structures and technical service of the stand during the Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 in Barcelona/Spain within an exhibition area of 100 square meters. Size/Scope: Service consisting in the design, construction, assembly and dismantling of exhibition structures and technical service of the stand during the Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 in Barcelona/Spain within the exhibition area of 100 square meters (10 x 10 m2) provided by the Ordering Party. The service also includes the transport of promotional materials and exhibits to the Fair venue and their delivery to the stand and back, by November 30, 2026. The stand design should take into account and use the exhibits described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (also as elements used as stand walls) and optimally display them to visitors.
