Construction and operation of a charging park for heavy electric vehicles - rest stop D1 Osek nad Bečvou on the left - Repeated driving The contracting authority has the right to manage the construction of the D1 highway, of which it is a part, in accordance with § 12 paragraph 5 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Land roads, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZPK") highway rest stop "Osek" located at km 289.3 on the left of the D1 highway, located on the plot of parc. No. 1628/1 in the cadastral territory of Osek nad Bečvou (hereinafter referred to as "Odpočivka"). The contracting authority is interested in Rest stops were implemented by the concessionaire, and charging stations for heavy electric vehicles were subsequently operated as part of the charging park, which will provide users of the D1 highway with alternative fuels, primarily for electric vehicles with with a maximum permitted weight of more than 3.5 tons. By awarding this concession, the contracting authority aims, among other things, to fulfill the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2023/1804 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 September 2023 on the introduction of infrastructure for alternative fuels and on the cancellation Directive 2014/94/EU (hereinafter referred to as the "AFIR Regulation"). The subject of the concession is defined in detail in the text of the Agreement and its appendices and consists mainly of: - processing of project documentation to the extent and under the conditions set by the Contract, -execution of complete engineering activities in relation to obtaining planning permission for the implementation of building modifications and the placement of charging stations and other objects permitted by the contracting authority, -obtaining the related approval decision, - ensuring complete...
