Tender Details

Part 1 Construction and modernization of a walking and cycling path as part of the tourist development of the Krzciska Green and Relaxation Zone. The subject of the order in part 1 is the task of designing (preparing complete design documentation) and performance of construction works (construction), as well as obtaining the legally required decisions and permits for the implementation, construction, obtaining an occupancy permit, and commissioning of the task in question. The general scope of the investment includes: a) construction of a path walking and cycling path with a length of 1240.89 m, including a gravel surface of 1195.93 m, b) construction of a maneuvering road and parking spaces at Play Krzcin on a reinforced surface, c) resting places for users of the walking and cycling path: - beach by the lake Czytym (km 0+000.00), - campsite at Lake Krzcin (km 0+560-0+603), - estuary of the Maej Ina River (km 1+056), d) lighting for the walking and cycling route (for the existing and newly designed part). As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to to ensure author's supervision.
