Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the installation of playground equipment along with small architecture (benches, garbage bins, information board with regulations). The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) Demolition works; 2) Delivery and installation of playground equipment; 3) Delivery and assembly of small architecture elements;4) Execution of surface works;5) Partial hardening of the access to the playground;6) Surveying services;7) Carrying out post-assembly inspection of the playground by a specialized inspection unit;8) Fulfillment of the imposed obligations decision of the Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments granting a permit to carry out construction works No. ZN.5142.72.2023 [mZar] of December 11, 2023, including: a) Notification of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments about the start and end date indicated in the permit, at least 14 days before their commencement, b) Immediate notification to the provincial conservator of monuments about threats or new circumstances revealed during construction works, c) Ensuring research archaeological sites, the scope and type of which pursuant to Art. 31 section 2 of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection and care of monuments...
