Construction and modernization of permanent exhibitions in the Upper Silesian Museum in Bytom 1. The subject of the procedure and order is the construction and modernization of permanent exhibitions in the Upper Silesian Museum in Bytom: - execution of the third part of the nature exhibition "City" and modernization of existing sectors, - preparation of a permanent ethnographic exhibition, - creation of a permanent archaeological exhibition. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The reason for not dividing the order into lots is the close connection functional, organizational, technological and executive elements of all elements of the subject of the contract. The order covers the construction and modernization of permanent exhibitions in one museum facility, as part of one investment project, with the need to preserve them conceptual, aesthetic, technical and functional coherence of the entire exhibition. Individual exhibitions, even though they are located on different floors of the building, must create a uniform exhibition standard, including: arrangement solutions, scenographic, multimedia, lighting, information and equipment elements. Dividing the contract into lots could cause significant difficulties in coordinating works carried out in parallel at one facility, in particular in terms of scheduling, logistics of deliveries, assembly, commissioning of multimedia and lighting systems and acceptance.
