Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is construction work within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Public Procurement. The order includes all works enabling and aimed at implementing the investment task titled: Construction and modernization of access roads to agricultural land. The roads are located in administrative borders of the Ga commune, in the Przeworsk poviat and provides access to residential and farm buildings and to the square. The contractor is obliged to carry out all necessary works that will lead to achieving the result described in the documentation constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: - construction and modernization of an access road to agricultural land within Dbw on the plot with registration number 1955 at km 0 +000 to 0 + 642 - construction and modernization of an access road to agricultural land within Ga on plot no. 244 at km 0 + 000 to 0 + 310
