The Ordering Party informs that the task entitled: Construction and modernization of an access road to agricultural land in Zarzecze, register no. 160, 161, is co-financed from the Agricultural Land Protection Fund from the granted subsidy from funds related to the exclusion of land from production agricultural, the budget of the Marshal's Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure pursuant to Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance the entire or parts of the order will not be awarded to him.1. The subject of the proceedings and order is: Construction and modernization of an access road to agricultural land in Zarzecze, register no. 160, 161.2. The scope of work includes the performance of one task in accordance with STWiOR and its commencement technical documentation. The task includes, among others: execution of preparatory works, substructures, finishing works and preparation of an as-built inventory (road at km 0+000 0+560 - section 1 and road at km 0+000 0+740 - section 2).
