Summary of Notice: Summary This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this service may submit bids in writing (hereinafter referred to as "paper bidding method") only with the approval of the ordering party. If you use your IC card without completing the procedure to change it, your bid may be invalidated, or your bid participation qualifications may be suspended.
