A brief description of the procurement: Elering AS is building Koljala 330kV substation. Construction is done by "keys". The keys mean that all the equipment in the project volume will be delivered together with the necessary design work, installed, configured, checked, etc. and is finally transferred to the customer. Buildings and facilities are designed and built and handed over to the customer in ready -made form. All devices delivered must be installed and operated by the contractor.
