The subject of the order includes construction and installation works in the basement and first floor of the building located at ul. Plac Na Stawach 3 in Krakow. Due to technological and organizational reasons, the investment was not implemented divided into two functional areas: technical and warehouse area (in the basement) and utility area (in the first floor).I. Technical and warehouse part (in the basement): Construction works related to the modernization of the basement floor in the building Maopolski Voivodeship Office in Krakow at ul. Plac Na Stawach 3 in Kraków to create a warehouse for civil protection and civil defense equipment. The scope of modernization works will include demolition works, foundation insulation, fire protection of the floor, construction of a manhole and anti-flood flap (return valve), construction of a ventilation system to maintain stable conditions for storing OLiOC resources, work on electrical and electrical installations circuit breakers, carpentry, finishing and ancillary works, and installation of lifting equipment to improve warehouse operation.
