1. The Barangay Maligaya, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund For The Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos Only (Php. 363, 570.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the contract for the Construction and Installation of Roofing in the Entrance of Barangay Hall/ Multi-Purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
