. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the General Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS & 42/100 only (Php 799, 850.42)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for theCONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF CROSS DRAINAGE AT BPCS .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF CROSS DRAINAGE AT BPCS. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
