1) The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Energy, through the Contingency Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Forty-Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Seven and 51/100 (Php128, 744, 197.51) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction and Installation of 1800 units Solar Street Lights (1400 units Mother Kabuntalan to Northern Kabuntalan and 400 units Sultan Mastura to Parang). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
