In order to increase the flexibility of contract execution, the Ordering Party allows for the possibility of extension the subject of the contract to the extent provided for below under the option law:
•Option Right No. 1 - provision of modification/change services by the Contractor System up to 800 man-hours (according to the rate per man-hour), in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. New elements/functionalities of the System extensive under this OPTION are simultaneously covered by the Contractor's Service specified in the basic order or until the end of the technical support period under OPTION 2.
The Ordering Party provides for payment according to monthly settlement in accordance with the orders specified in Annex No. 20 to the Agreement (in months where the ordered services were received).
