Construction and furnishing project manager service - PŠ Komin The subject of procurement includes the services of the project manager for the construction and equipping of PŠ Komin. The subject of procurement includes the services of the project manager for the construction and equipping of PŠ Komin. All activities from this course procurements are carried out in accordance with the Cost List and the Description of the procurement items, which are attached to this procurement documentation and form an integral part of it. The project complies with the principle of 'do no significant harm' (hereinafter: DNSH), i.e. it does not cause significant damage to environmental objectives in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 12, 2021 on the establishment of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism and in the sense of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of a framework for facilitation of sustainable investments and amendments to Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (OJ L 198, 22.6.2020, p. 13), the application of which is elaborated in more detail in the Commission's Notice - Technical guidelines on the application of the principle of not causing substantial harm (2021/C 58/01). The DNSH principle must be implemented during the performance of works and delivery of goods, and the contract will contain a clause of compliance with the DNSH principle. The selected Bidder will be obliged to sign a Declaration of compliance with the DNSH principle upon execution of the contract.
