Invitation to Bid for Construction and Fabrication of Signages
1)The Barangay Council of Ili Norte, through the Barangay Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of Php226, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction and Fabrication of Signages Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Barangay Council of Ili Norte now invites bids for Construction and Fabrication of Signages.4 Completion of the Works is required 20 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 12 months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
