1. The subject of the public contract are construction works consisting in the construction and expansion of rural community centers in the commune of Ochw.2. Part 1 Construction of a container community center on municipal plot no. 136 in Zagrodniki.3. Part 1 includes the assembly of a container building intended for for a village hall on the municipal plot no. 136 in Zagrodniki, including the implementation of water, sewage and electrical installations and land development.4. The scope of Part 1 includes the execution of the following works: earthworks, foundations, building structure, roof, partition walls and plasterboard construction, wall and floor cladding, door and window joinery, architrave around the building, water supply and sanitary sewage connections, cold and hot water installation, sanitary sewage installation, ventilation, installation central heating, electrical installations, lightning protection system, land development, as-built inventory.
