Scope guaranteed in the scope of Task 1 - includes comprehensive implementation of the expansion of 2 photovoltaic installations along with the construction of energy storage facilities at the Gdynia Cisowa Postojowa station. The scope covered by the option right in the scope of Task 1: OPTION I - expansion of the third photovoltaic installation with the construction of an energy storage facility at the Gdynia Cisowa Postojowa station. OPTION II - expansion of the fourth photovoltaic installation with the construction of an energy storage facility at the Gdynia Cisowa Postojowa station. Task 2 - Construction and expansion photovoltaic installations at railway stops. Option right: The Ordering Party may exercise the option right in full, not exercise it or use it in part, with each option being a separate right of the Ordering Party, which means that the Ordering Party may not to exercise the option right at all or to exercise only selected options. Exercising the option right is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure of the Ordering Party to exercise the option right does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor to the Ordering Party. The rules regarding the implementation of the scope of the contract covered by the option right will be the same as those applicable to the implementation of the guaranteed scope of the contract.
