1. The subject of the order is the expansion and reconstruction of municipal road no. 102016B along with the necessary infrastructure in msc. Okuniowiec, Nowa Wie and Maa Huta, commune Sliders, with a total length of approx. 3.2 km2. The subject of the order was divided into 2 stages: 1) Stage I DOCUMENTATION DESIGN - includes the development of complete design documentation along with obtaining the final decision on permission to implement a road investment, based on applicable legal regulations and providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works, including in particular: a) development of maps for design purposes; b) development and obtaining approval of the concept of the land development project by the Ordering Party; c) development of the plot development project and the architectural and construction design in based on the FUP, technical conditions issued by the network management and obtaining all arrangements and opinions necessary to implement the investment and obtain a permit for the implementation of the road investment (documents and materials necessary to be submitted by the Contractor The Contractor prepares the appropriate applications and is fully responsible for their improper preparation and any possible...
