This is a repeated procurement procedure for the original VZ with system number NEN N006/26/V00002567, which was canceled for technical reasons on the part of the contracting authority. The subject of the contract is the complete provision of services in the field of construction of new fences and disposal existing, no longer functional fencing, including the supply of all necessary material and waste disposal of disposed fencing. In accordance with § 18 paragraph 3 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. reserves the right not to draw performance from this public contract to the extent, v by which the identical performance was realized on the basis of an operative contract concluded for the period before the entry into force of the contract arising from this procurement procedure.
