REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: 1. The execution, delivery and assembly service includes: 1.1. Production of 3 information boards with dimensions of 80/40 cm. 1.2. Production of 1 information board with dimensions 120/60 cm.1.3. Delivery of 3 information boards with dimensions 80/40 cm to the headquarters of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Sosnowiec at ul. 3 Maja 33 in Sosnowiec.1.4.Installation of 1 information board with dimensions of 120/60 cm at the Center building Social Services and Support in Sosnowiec, ul.
