1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the Trust Fund - Financial Assistance from the Philippine Sports Commission, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos (Php 25, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION OF CLOUD 9 THREE STOREY VIEWING DECK (CW-CON-26-13) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, with the following scope of work: Facilities for the Engineer, General Requirements, Earthworks, Plain and Reinforced Concrete Works, Finishing. Completion of the Works is required in One Hundred Fifty Calendar Days (150 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
