Construction of an analytical portal for environmental data The subject of the order is the implementation and launch of an analytical platform (analytical portal), enabling the processing, analysis and visualization of data, in particular data environmental issues at the disposal of the Ordering Party. The platform will be a Business Intelligence (BI) solution based solely on open technologies (FOSS), ensuring scalability and security of data processing. Contractor obliged is to design the solution in a way that limits the occurrence of single points of failure in the components within the scope of implementation. The platform is intended to enable the effective creation, publication and management of analytical reports, as well as visualization of data in the form of charts, tables, maps and preparation of ready-made reports and/or dashboards, with the simultaneous possibility of defining access levels to reports - from internal access to public disclosure of data to citizens and external stakeholders. The Contractor is also obliged to analyze the data resources indicated by the Ordering Party and prepare analytical reports and/or dashboards based on them, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements.
