The scope of the order includes in particular: a) demolition of the existing amphitheater, including: - demolition of the existing amphitheater building together with the stage roof, - dismantling of the audience seats, - dismantling of the auditorium roof and the steel structure of the roof, - disassembly of the auditorium support platform, b) construction of an amphitheater, including: - construction of a new auditorium with seats for 1, 514 people, a proscenium and a stage protected from the sky by a common roof, - construction of facilities for artists under the stage, - construction of a toilet for spectators under the crown auditorium, - construction of a director's stand in the center of the auditorium, - acoustic protection of the roof, - execution of finishing works on the facade, interior finishing, floors, walls, ceilings, joinery and joinery, white installation and fittings, - in the amphitheater it provides the following installations: hot water installation and circulation of power from a ground heat pump, cold water installations, sanitary sewage, rainwater installation, hydrants, heating installations powered by a ground heat pump, electric, including lightning protection, telephone, monitoring, internet, mechanical ventilation, ground heat pump.
