Invitation to Bid for Construction of Ambitacay Bridge, Sto. Tomas, La Union
1) The Provincial Government of La Union, through the RA7171-Tobacco Excise Tax Funds intends to apply the sum of ₱30, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Ambitacay Bridge, Sto. Tomas, La Union / INFRA-25-05-RA-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 310 days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
